An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly successful global organisation. This role will provide dedicated support to a senior Executive Leader within a complex, fast-paced and international environment.
This is a pivotal position for a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives working with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities. You'll be a trusted partner, helping to coordinate strategic initiatives, governance activity and key business priorities.
Your new role
Responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive executive support, including complex diary and inbox management
Coordinating meetings, briefings, presentations and executive communications
Managing governance activities, including committee and board-related administration
Producing high-quality reports, agendas, papers and presentation materials
Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
Tracking actions, deadlines and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
Coordinating global travel arrangements and itineraries
Managing expenses, purchase orders and associated administration
Supporting business initiatives and strategic projects as required
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and leveraging digital tools to enhance productivity
Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Significant experience supporting senior executives within a complex corporate environment
Experience working with Executive Leadership Teams, Boards or Committees
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using digital collaboration tools
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
High levels of professionalism, resilience and discretion
