Quantity Surveyor

A leading construction and engineering consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Cost Consultancy team in their Southampton office. The role will assist in all cost and procurement management processes. You will gain experience in a diverse variety of sectors including cutting edge science and technology, higher education and public sector.Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: Cost planning and initial estimatingPreparing tender and contract documentsFund monitoring and due diligenceAssisting in the management and delivery of construction projectsWorking closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and Project ManagersAssisting with a range of pre and post contract surveying dutiesSkills & Experience of the Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 2.1 degree in Quantity Surveying, BSc or BEngMS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedFull, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicleSalary & Benefits:35K - 60K (dependent on experience)Car allowance (dependent on level)Private Medical Insurance Health Cash Plan Death in servicePersonal Accident InsuranceGroup income protection Additional flexible benefits schemeFlexible, hybrid workingType: PermanentCategory: Consultancy QSDate Posted: 2025-06-12
