Accounts Payable - German or French Speaking (Immediate Start) £29,000 pro rata Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who speaks either German or French to join a friendly and supportive finance team on a 6 month fixed term contract. About the Role You will have accounts payable experience who is confident working with purchase orders, ERP systems and invoice processing. You'll play an important role in supporting the wider finance function and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. Working Pattern & Benefits * £29,000 pro rata * 6 month fixed term contract * Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office * Flexible working arrangements around office days where required * Flexible start and finish times, provided you are available during core office hours of 9am to 5pm * One hour lunch break * Supportive and flexible working environment Key Responsibilities * Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently * Manage invoices through the relevant approval process * Match invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies * Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records * Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice-related issues * Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are approved and paid on time * Use the company's ERP system to manage Accounts Payable transactions * Ensure invoice data is accurately captured through the OCR system * Support the wider Accounts Payable team with day-to-day activities and queries * Communicate with suppliers and internal teams in either German or French, as required Are you Interested?
