What you'll be doing Building and owning new‑business pipeline across the UK Selling SOW and project‑based IT services, not just transactional staffing Shaping outcome‑led solutions across areas such as: Business & Digital Transformation Cloud & Infrastructure Cyber Security Enterprise Applications Engaging senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Transformation leaders) Running deals end‑to‑end - from first outreach to signed contract Operating with commercial discipline, forecasting, and governanceThere is some warm internal opportunity, but this is fundamentally a hunter‑led role. Who this role suits You'll enjoy this role if you: Have a proven track record selling IT services or project solutions Are comfortable building pipelines from scratch Have sold SOW, outcome‑based, or project delivery models Like operating as a senior individual contributor Value credibility, structure, and delivery backingThis role is particularly well suited to someone who prefers commercial ownership and focus, without the distraction of people management or operational responsibility.
