Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
Diagnose
and
repair
faults
across
RF,
fibre
optic
and
copper
telecoms
networks.
Carry
out
planned
preventative
maintenance
(PPM),
inspections
and
equipment
testing
Install,
configure,
commission
and
support
telecoms
and
radio
network
equipment
Respond
to
service-affecting
incidents
and
emergency
callouts
within
SLA
targets
Participate
in
a
24/7
on-call
rota,
including
weekends
and
out-of-hours
support.
Maintain
accurate
service
records,
fault
reports
and
maintenance
documentation.
Provide
timely
updates
to
customers,
management,
suppliers
and
contractor
Ensure
compliance
with
health,
safety
and
quality
standards,
including
RAMS
Work
independently
across
customer
sites
throughout
the
UK
and
Ireland
Carry
out
installation
and
testing
activities
at
height
using
appropriate
safety
equipment.
What you’ll bring?
Strong
technical
knowledge
of
telecoms
systems,
including
RF,
fibre
optic
and
copper
networks
Experience
in
fault
diagnosis,
repair,
installation
and
commissioning
of
telecoms
equipment.
Experience
rigging,
installing
and
maintaining
telecoms
equipment
at
height,
with
a
strong
focus
on
safe
working
practices
Skilled
in
fibre
optic
splicing,
testing
and
fault-finding
techniques
Strong
problem-solving,
communication
and
organisational
skills
Full
UK
driving
licence
and
willingness
to
travel
extensively
Eligible
for
Security
Clearance
and
able
to
work
independently
and
safely
at
height
Ability to commit to e
xtensive
travel,
occasional
overnight
stays
and
participation
in
a
24/7
on-call
