Complex Carer

Job Description: Complex Carer (MND) – S8 Area Role Summary Female Complex Carer required to support a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) with limited mobility. The client is fully verbal and requires hands-on, clinically informed care with specialised equipment and support. Clinical & Care Responsibilities (Clinical Needs) The role includes supporting with: * NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation) * PEG care (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) * Cough assist * Medication administration * Catheter care * MPS * BLS Experience Requirements * Minimum 12 months of UK care experience * No sponsorship required / no sponsorship available Shift Pattern * Monday – Sunday * Days: 9am – 9pm * Waking nights: 9pm – 9am Training & Induction * Mandatory clinical training with the company nurse * Shadow shifts required this week prior to independent shifts Key Skills & Attributes * Confidence with complex care and clinical support * Ability to follow care plans and NIV/PEG/cough assist procedures as trained * Clear communication with a fully verbal client * Reliable, punctual, and able to work across 7 days If you meet the requirements and can start immediately, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
