Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An employee focused construction firm are now looking for ambitious and determined Assistant Quantity Surveyors, to join their Commercial (Office fit out) team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be supporting Senior Quantity Surveyors, with all contractual duties, within multiple sectors. Exposure to different forms of contract and size of schemes will be available. More on the role The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects Support with drawings and specifications to calculate quantities Support in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) Monitor project costs and track any changes The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure across the Commercial and Property sectors, with new builds and refurbishments taking place. Specifically within CAT A & B fit out. You will be supported by the Commercial Director of this team, and will be given the opportunity to learn immediately.
