Repairs Officer - Initial contract until March 2027
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Schedule and monitor repair works, liaising with contractors to meet service level agreements.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document management, and invoice processing.
* Maintain property databases and assist with survey scheduling and resident satisfaction surveys.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a joined-up service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous housing / property services experience.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
