Our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) team plays a vital role in ensuring we maintain the highest standards across all aspects of our business. As a QHSE Advisor, you'll work closely with operational teams, project managers, and senior leaders to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation. As a QHSE Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to the business, supporting a wide range of projects and operational activities. Providing expert QHSE advice and guidance to project and operational teams ✅ Supporting the implementation and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System ✅ Promoting a positive safety and quality culture across all business areas ✅ Conducting audits, inspections, investigations and assurance activities ✅ Assisting with regulatory compliance activities and customer requirements ✅ Monitoring QHSE performance and helping identify improvement opportunities ✅ Supporting Nuclear Safety culture initiatives and company-wide improvement programmes ✅ Collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure high standards of QHSE performance ✅ Assisting with risk assessments, lessons learned activities, and incident investigations We're looking for someone who is passionate about driving high standards and building strong working relationships.
