As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. No planning or marking is required, making this an ideal role for those looking to develop classroom experience before progressing into teaching. You will: * Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively. * Support students with their learning and maintain engagement. * Follow school policies and procedures. * Create a safe, positive and productive learning environment. What you'll need to succeed * Experience working with young people in any capacity. * Confidence leading groups and managing behaviour. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive and professional approach. * Ability to adapt quickly and work across different subject areas.
