About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation at ExxonMobile in Fife. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced food service environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a team of catering staff
Plan and deliver high-quality, nutritious menus
Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Ensure smooth operation of vending services
About You Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
