You will collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers and customer stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across development and deployment processes.The OpportunityAs a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, managing and optimising deployment pipelines, supporting containerised applications and enhancing automation across the software delivery lifecycle.Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you will contribute to the successful integration, testing and deployment of mission-critical systems while helping to improve efficiency, reliability and security.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, manage and maintain CI/CD pipelinesDeploy and support containerised applications within secure environmentsInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure issuesDevelop automation solutions to streamline software delivery and operational processesCollaborate with engineering teams, customers and key stakeholdersProduce and maintain technical documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practiceEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologiesExperience using Helm, Ansible and infrastructure automation toolsWorking knowledge of Docker and/or PodmanExperience building, maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelinesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a teamPrevious experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering or Software Engineering environmentsDesirable ExperienceExperience working in secure or highly regulated environmentsUnderstanding of software deployment, integration and testing activitiesExposure to Linux-based systems and infrastructureKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and modern DevOps methodologies
