Operations ManagerLocation: City of LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable property brand, based at a prestigious commercial property in the heart of the City of London.The successful candidate will form part of a dedicated on-site management team responsible for an impressive 250,000+ sq. ft. commercial office building, working closely alongside the Building Manager and Technical Services Manager on this high-profile asset.This is a highly visible, occupier-focused position that will play an important part in the day-to-day operation of the building. You will work closely with a range of blue-chip tenants, helping to deliver an exceptional occupier experience while ensuring the property operates smoothly and consistently maintains the highest standards.The role will also have a strong focus on tenant engagement, including supporting the delivery of on-site events and initiatives designed to create an engaging and high-quality workplace environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Building Manager with the day-to-day operational management of a 300,000+ sq. ft. commercial propertyActing as a key point of contact for occupiers and developing strong relationships with blue-chip tenantsEnsuring an excellent standard of customer service and occupier experience throughout the buildingSupporting and coordinating tenant engagement activities, events and on-site initiativesOverseeing contractors and service partners and monitoring standards of service deliveryWorking closely with the Technical Services Manager on operational and building services mattersSupporting health & safety, compliance and building management proceduresMonitoring the presentation and operation of front-of-house and common areasResponding to occupier requests and ensuring issues are managed through to resolutionSupporting the management and delivery of planned works and operational projectsIdentifying opportunities to enhance the occupier experience and improve the day-to-day operation of the assetWorking collaboratively with the wider on-site team to maintain a best-in-class commercial environmentThe CandidateThe successful candidate will have previous experience within the operational management of a high-quality commercial property, ideally within a large multi-occupied office environment.You will need to be highly personable and comfortable developing relationships with senior stakeholders and blue-chip occupiers, while also having a strong understanding of the operational requirements of a major commercial building.A proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service and occupier experience will be essential.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading name within the property industry and become part of a dedicated on-site team responsible for a significant City of London asset.
