BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator County LouthVickerstock are working in partnership with a leading specialist engineering business to recruit an experienced BIM Coordinator for their growing team in Dundalk.This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically complex MEP and data centre projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Working across design, manufacturing and construction, you'll coordinate detailed BIM models through to fabrication and installation, with significant exposure to offsite manufacturing and prefabricated building services.The OpportunityDevelop and manage fully coordinated MEP models using RevitCarry out clash detection, model federation and multidisciplinary coordinationProduce fabrication-ready models, spool drawings and construction informationCoordinate MEP services with architectural and structural elementsProduce installation and setting-out drawings for site teamsManage model revisions and information throughout project deliverySupport projects through fabrication, installation and as-installed handoverParticipate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external project teamsWhat You'll NeedPrevious BIM Coordinator experience within MEP or building servicesStrong proficiency in Revit MEPExperience using Navisworks Manage or similar coordination softwareAbility to interpret MEP schematics, layouts and fabrication drawingsExperience delivering BIM projects through design and construction stagesUnderstanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650Experience with offsite manufacturing or fabrication-level modelling would be advantageousWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience30 days annual leave, increasing with serviceLife assurance and Health Cash PlanFull in-house training and career developmentFree annual health checkSecure onsite parkingModern engineering and manufacturing facilitiesMonday-Thursday 8am-5pm with an early finish at 3pm on FridayFor a confidential discussion about this opportunity, contact Darren McVicker at Vickerstock or apply with your CV today.Discipline(s): ConstructionJob type: Permanent
