First People Solutions rquire the below to start ASAP: SCAFFOLDERS AND SCAFFOLDER LABOURERS Location: Grangemouth Duration: Approx. 4 weeks initially, with the potential to extend Standard Week: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:15 Outage Period: Monday - Saturday 07:00 - 17:00 / 17:15 Pay Rates: Basic: £15.83/hr OT1: £23.75/hr OT2: £31.66/hr Hourly Bonus: £2.45/hr Proficiency Bonus: £4.44/hr Expected Earnings: Standard Week (Mon-Thu): Approx. £860-£900 gross Outage Week (Mon-Sat): Approx. £1,450 gross *Bonus payments are linked to attendance and timekeeping.
