We're looking for a Community Manager – Collaboration Space (Collab Space) who will play a pivotal role in the operational and cultural success of the Collaboration Space ("Collab Space"). This individual is responsible for fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and highly collaborative environment that enables teams to co‑create, innovate, and deliver new solutions alongside clients.Acting as the face of the space, the Community Manager connects people, ideas, and opportunities, while ensuring smooth daily operations. The role combines community engagement, workplace management, stakeholder co‑ordination, and team leadership.This role reports to the Workplace Experience Manager and will work closely with the Head of Operations for Studio+ and Wavespace and works closely with internal teams, external partners, and workplace management providers.Role Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact and public face of the Collab Space.Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for all users.Design and deliver initiatives that foster collaboration and connection across teams (e.g. events, networking sessions, mentoring opportunities).Build strong relationships with team members to understand their goals and facilitate meaningful connections.Promote a culture of innovation, openness, and knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications:3–5 years' experience in workplace management, community management, or a similar operational environment.Demonstrated experience managing or supporting workplace operations in a corporate or client‑facing setting.Experience in co‑ordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.What's in it for you?Opportunity to play a pivotal role in the operational and cultural success of a highly collaborative innovation space.Exposure to internal teams, external partners, and workplace leadership stakeholders.Opportunity to lead community engagement, workplace experience, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.Responsibility for shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and high‑performing collaboration environment.Ref:99318 Location:London Employment:Full time Role Classification:3
