Exit-Ready CFO for PE-Backed Growth & M&A

Camino Search is partnering with a PE-backed professional services platform in the South East UK to appoint a CFO who can upgrade the engine room and drive the exit-readiness process. The role is not a steady-state finance position and requires leading integrations across multiple acquisitions.

Reporting to the Chair and CEO, you will build reporting, implement forecasting, and oversee data rooms, QofE, and engagement with buyers and lenders as part of a 12–24 month exit plan.
