About the role

Service: Roads and Infrastructure

Roadworker 2 required to work in the Lochgilphead area for Argyll and Bute council.

The successful candidate will undertake structural and road maintenance works, including standby on out‑of‑hours during summer and winter months to ensure roads remain in a safe condition. This is a permanent post, worked 37 hours Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in a roads maintenance environment is essential, as is previous experience in road surfacing operations. The successful candidate will also work well as part of a team.
