Senior Sustainability Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sustainability Executive to join a growing and forward-thinking travel business.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

This is a hands-on role for a sustainability professional with experience in ESG and carbon accounting, who wants to turn strategy and data into practical action across the business.

THE ROLE

You'll support the company's sustainability strategy while taking ownership of key reporting, data and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Sustainability Strategy and tracking KPIs
• Managing the ESG dashboard and emissions data
• Calculating and reporting Scope 1 & 2 emissions, with involvement in Scope 3
• Leading the annual Impact Report
• Working with suppliers and partners to improve sustainability practices and data
• Coordinating internal sustainability initiatives and campaigns
• Identifying opportunities to improve sustainability performance

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in sustainability, ESG or responsible business
• Good understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting
• Practical carbon accounting experience
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership
• Passionate about sustainability and responsible tourism
• Travel, tourism or hospitality experience advantageous
