Project Quantity Surveyor

Job ID: 736Salary: 55,000 - 75,000 per annumLocation: Central LondonRegion: LondonWe are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on commercial and residential projects in London. Our client are a main contractor who have recently been winning more work and due to this are looking at expanding their commercial team.Your duties will include:Ensure all costs are agreed and stay within budgeted costs.Review sub-contractor applications and assess that the value that has been applied for is correct with work carried out.Identify any potential over spend and make sure that it is documented and passed onto the relevant management.Prepare interim valuations to be supplied to the client.Agree all final accounts with sub-contractors.Experience and qualifications:Educated to degree level either in Quantity Surveying or a construction discipline.Experience within the commercial sector for a main contractor.To have worked on projects in excess of 5M.Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.Have a proven record on delivering projects within budget.To apply please forward your CV through this advert with a contact number.
