- 75,000 – West London – HybridWe are seeking an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing business based in West London.  As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, shape people strategy and drive organisational performance, change and cultural development.Key responsibilities of this HR Business Partner role will include:Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead and support organisational change, transformation and organisational design initiatives.Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant practices.Use workforce data and people insights to influence decisions and improve performance.Champion leadership development, inclusion and a high-performance culture.Coach and mentor managers and colleagues, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.Align divisional people plans with wider organisational strategy.About YouThis role would suit a commercially astute, credible and resilient HR professional with strong strategic partnering and employee relations expertise.

You will be able to confidently challenge and influence senior stakeholders, lead through change, interpret people data and build trusted relationships across complex, multi-site environments.

You will bring emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a collaborative, inclusive approach to developing leaders and strengthening organisational capability.The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor.

The salary on offer for this role is up to 75,000 plus benefits. xwzovoh
