Shift Leader - HV AP Required

Shift Leader (Electrical Bias) 📍 London 💰 £58,000 + Overtime Opportunities + Holiday Allowance 🕒 Continental Shift Pattern (3 Days / 3 Nights / 6 Off) The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for electrically biased Shift Leaders to join a critical environment maintenance contract in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly organised building services business operating within a datacentre-style environment maintaining landlord critical infrastructure only. The role would suit experienced Shift Engineers or Lead Engineers with a strong critical services background who are confident leading small engineering teams and communicating directly with clients. The Role You will work within a shift team consisting of: * 2 Engineers per shift Operating within a highly critical environment maintaining landlord assets including: * Chillers * Generators * Boilers * Lighting systems This is a client-facing role where clear communication, professionalism, and strong organisational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities * Leading engineering operations during shift * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Supporting critical plant operations and fault response * Managing and coordinating subcontractors when required * Assisting with shutdowns and planned maintenance activities * Ensuring all compliance procedures and site documentation are maintained * Communicating clearly and professionally with the client at all times * Providing technical support and leadership to shift engineers * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and operational performance Requirements * Previous experience within critical environments or datacentre-style maintenance contracts * Electrical bias essential * HV qualification essential * Strong understanding of critical building services systems * Experience leading or supervising engineering teams on shift * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Client-facing and professional approach Shift Pattern 🕒 Continental Shift Pattern: * 3 Days * 3 Nights * 6 Days Off Occasional overtime opportunities available.
