About the role

Role and Purpose We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to join our dynamic and growing London team. You will play a pivotal role guiding and supporting our clients and their professional teams on a variety of complex projects across the UK. In this role you will oversee large‑scale construction projects within healthcare, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met and providing them with confidence.

Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of high performance.

Demonstrate the ability to face new challenges head‑on, solving problems using initiative.

Travel frequently to support the team and meet client needs; based in London or the South‑East.

Work independently in a fluid environment, maintaining high self‑discipline and strong time‑management skills.

Qualifications

Construction‑based project management experience.

NEC accreditation.

Experience leading and managing project management teams within the healthcare sector.

Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.

Strong self‑discipline, time‑management and independent working capability.

Willingness to travel frequently; based in London or the South‑East.
