This role offers the chance to become part of a forward-thinking team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while providing a collaborative and supportive environment where lawyers can thrive.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, working with a diverse client base that includes homeowners, investors and purchasers of high-value properties. The team has an excellent reputation for handling complex transactions and is known for combining technical expertise with a personal, client-focused approach.Key responsibilities will include:Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completionAdvising on remortgages, buy-to-let transactions and first registrationsHandling new build property matters and complex conveyancing transactionsBuilding strong relationships with clients, agents and professional contactsSupporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the teamThis opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around three years' PQE and a strong background in residential conveyancing.
