The Role
They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join their mainstream school team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily learning and development of our students across a range of age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts and boost confidence.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Supporting students' emotional and social development, encouraging personal achievement alongside academic success.About You
Passionate & Motivated: You have a genuine desire to support the education and personal growth of children and young people.
Adaptable: Comfortable working across a 11-16 age range within a mainstream school setting.
Great Communicator: Able to build strong, positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a thriving, close-knit community school.
Experience as a TA or relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare/Education) are desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.What We Offer
