NEC Project Manager

We are seeking an NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities of an NEC project manager ? Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client ? To create and develop the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment ? Responsibility for managing the clients expectations in a competitive environment ? Developing ever-stronger client relationships ? To take a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player ? To oversee the complete management of projects, including site inspection, monitoring programme and addressing defects ? To plan, control and deliver projects to a successful conclusion ? To create a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome ? To liaise with other members of the team to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service ? To ensure that the Director has qualified information on the progress of each project on a regular basis ? To gain the confidence of the client and become the focal point for communication.

Experience required: ? Experience of JCT and other standard forms of contract ? A strong track record in Project Management, demonstrating a progressive career path ? Experience of controlling quality in complex projects. xwzovoh
