In this varied role, you will work self-sufficiently on smaller structural projects while managing other engineers on larger schemes. You will be client-facing, involved in project delivery from concept through to completion, producing and reviewing structural designs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the required technical, commercial, and client standards. This role would suit a Principal Structural Engineer who is still hands on, looking for a Monday to Friday role with flexible start times, hybrid working, a company bonus, and clear progression to Associate.
