Our IT Contract Division is one of the fastest growing parts of the business, and we're looking for an experienced contract recruiter to build their own desk within it.
You don't need a tech background.
What matters is that you know how to run a contract desk properly: building a candidate pipeline, managing rate negotiations, and keeping both clients and contractors close through renewals and extensions.
Whether that experience comes from IT recruitment or another sector, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing Building and managing a pipeline of contract candidates for current and future roles Managing rate negotiations and contract terms with both clients and candidates Guiding candidates through the process end to end, from interview prep to placement Developing long term relationships with clients, backed by real market insight Winning new business through outreach, networking and research Why Reperio Real autonomy, you'll own your market and build it your way Enhanced compensation packages for experienced, IT recruitment professionals.
Competitive base plus uncapped commission, earn up to 35% of your monthly billings, paid monthly.
