Response Team Support Worker

In this role, we will provide you with a full training package to upskill you to deliver quality care across all our services in the West Cornwall area. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.

The team will consist of a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity, and quality of care. Youll work across West Cornwall, with rostering including one on-call week in four, where you will collaborate closely with our on-call managers to cover shifts.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.

• Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (15.16 p/h. This rate includes an enhancement of 20% for the role. The standard Support Worker rate of £12.64 £12.92 will apply when not working in the Response Team)
