for you to join our Field Services team as a Field Planning Administrator.

What does this role involve? The Field Planning team

are responsible for

ensuring that we have the right level of engineer resource, in the right place, at the right time.

Our engineers carry out Smart Meter installations and maintenance, thus ensuring their schedule is kept up to date is key to

maintaining

our customers supply. Y

ou will

be responsible for

preparing and publishing engineer schedules

, where you will

work closely with Engineers and Field Managers to maximise efficiency and

productivity

. You will also liaise with customers, providing updates on scheduled work and discussing any amendments that may be

required

to booked engineer visits. Who are we looking for? Accurate record-keeping is essential
