About the role

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Glasgow to recruit a Legal Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive legal team, providing key administrative support to Partners, Solicitors, and fee earners. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department while delivering a high standard of client service. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals across the team. * Prepare, format, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and client files. * Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls and enquiries professionally. * Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with departmental administration. * Maintain accurate records and support file management processes. * Assist with billing administration, reporting, and general operational tasks. * Support the firm's paper-lite approach by ensuring documents are stored and managed efficiently. About You * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. * Confident communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. * A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
