The role will lead the development and implementation of a new Community Cohesion model that embeds the Hate Crime agenda and fulfils the Council’s statutory Prevent Duty responsibilities.A key focus of the role will be building community confidence, increasing hate crime reporting, enhancing community resilience, and supporting residents to feel safe, connected, and empowered, while contributing to the delivery of the borough’s wider Community Safety priorities.We are a Home Office–licensed sponsor; however, for this specific role we are not able to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
