About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Head of Brand to lead the brand strategy for a jewellery and accessories brand based in London. This is a highly creative and strategic role for someone who understands how to build compelling brand narratives and translate them into impactful campaigns across the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will come from a fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brand, bringing a strong creative eye and the ability to develop campaigns that drive both brand awareness and commercial performance. You will work closely with the Senior leadership team in shaping brand direction while leading a multidisciplinary team across content, design, and social.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy across all channels.
- Ideate and deliver full 360° campaigns, from concept through to execution.
- Build campaigns that work across the full funnel - from brand awareness and storytelling to performance-driven content.
- Ensure brand consistency and a strong visual identity across all touchpoints.
Creative Leadership
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and seasonal narratives.
Team & Studio Management
- Lead and manage a team including
- Photographers
- Production team
- Content writers
- Graphic design team
- Social media team
- Oversee content production from concept through to delivery across digital channels.
- Foster a collaborative, creative culture within the team.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and oversee the rollout of integrated campaigns across:
- Social media
- Digital marketing
- Paid media
- Influencer collaborations
- Brand activations
- Ensure campaigns are visually compelling, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
Who We're Looking For
- 6-10+ years experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles.
- Experience within fashion, jewellery, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Proven experience delivering 360° brand campaigns.
- Experience managing creative and content teams.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance and growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
