Are you a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with SEN and/or behavioural needs?

Academics are currently working with a welcoming primary school in Grappenhall, Warrington, who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil with behavioural needs, alongside supporting the wider classroom.

The Role

• Provide consistent, positive 1:1 support to a pupil with behavioural needs.
• Help the pupil engage positively with learning and the wider school environment.
• Support with managing behaviour and promoting positive relationships.
• Provide general classroom support alongside the 1:1 responsibilities.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
• Help create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of the pupil.
