Manufacturing Operative Location: East Hull Pay: £12.71 per hour, with the potential to increase following training Overtime: £16.94 per hour, when available Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday Shift options Day shift: 6:00am–4:15pm Night shift: 4:15pm–2:30am Sutton Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy uPVC window and door glazing facility in East Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, regular work with a four-day working week. Full training will be provided, and successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent position. What we offer £12.71 per hour, with the potential for an increase after training Overtime paid at £16.94 per hour, when available 39 hours per week over four days Ongoing, regular work Full training A friendly and supportive team An excellent working environment The opportunity to secure a permanent position Your responsibilities Fitting glass into uPVC windows and doors Using hand tools and air-powered tools Inspecting finished windows to ensure quality standards are met Carrying out regular lifting and manual-handling duties Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working area Following workplace health and safety procedures About you The ideal candidate will have: Previous manufacturing, production or factory experience A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude Good attention to detail The ability to work effectively as part of a team The physical capability to carry out frequent lifting and manual handling Reliable transport or the ability to commute to East Hull for the chosen shift Interested?
