Location: Hemel Hempstead

My client is looking for a CNC Miller to work the late Shift (4 on 4 off), this role involves setting and operating CNC Milling machines to produce high-precision components. You will ensure machining processes are optimised for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. They would also be open to people who are looking to get into thee industry and would like to be trained.

Duties:

• Set, operate, and manage CNC Milling machines
• Prepare tooling, fixtures, and materials for production
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments
• Perform in-process quality checks
• Interpret engineering drawings
• Maintain safe working practices
• Ensure correct information logged on to tooling sheets
• Ensure component submitted for first off inspection meets drawing requirements
• Where practical, pre-set ready for next job
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
