Our client is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Norwich.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop infrastructure for residential developments, including single dwellings and large housing projectsWork on various projects including industrial, health, education, and supermarketsUtilise Causeway FLOW, Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDS for project design and developmentEngage in project management, including client liaison and overseeing project engineers for senior/principal rolesSupport marketing and business development efforts to drive repeat workCollaborate with the team in Norwich and other locations, ensuring high-quality project deliveryWork in a hybrid setup with an informal expectation of approximately three days per week in the office for development and collaborationJob Requirements:Experience in civil engineering within the highways sectorProficiency in Causeway FLOW and infrastructure design software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDSIn-depth understanding of residential development projectsStrong project management and client liaison skills, particularly for senior/principal rolesAbility to support and guide junior engineers and oversee project deliveryExperience in flood risk management is advantageousExcellent communication and collaboration skillsRelevant civil engineering degree or equivalent qualificationBenefits:Competitive salaryPension schemeHealth cash plan22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, potentially negotiable to 25 daysBirthday day offCycle to work schemeBonus scheme (delivery and consistency may vary)Opportunities for professional development and career progressionPotential sponsorship opportunitiesIf you are a skilled Civil Engineer looking to further your career with a dynamic and expanding consultancy, we would like to hear from you.
