Centre & Café Operations Manager, Community Hub

Orkney Islands Council is seeking a Centre Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the St Magnus Café, Kirkwall Community Centre and Town Hall. You will oversee staff, ensure high standards of food and meeting room services, and promote the venues as community hubs.

The role requires flexibility, including unsocial hours on a rota, with a 35-hour week and a temporary contract to 31 July 2027. Salary ranges are £35,717–£38,207 with an hourly rate between £19.57–£20.94.
