Field Retail Performance Manager – Belfast & NI

CHEP is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to support customers and drive service excellence in Northern Ireland. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while educating them on CHEP processes.

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role, possesses a full UK driving licence, and has great skills in data analysis, influencing, and problem-solving.
