The Role:

You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This role would suit a conveyancer who takes pride in delivering a first-class client service and is comfortable in the Chester market and surrounding area. xwzovoh Understanding of the types of properties and referrers of work is of course very helpful.

Candidate Criteria:

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive

Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold matters

Ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion

Experience supporting, training, and mentoring junior members of the conveyancing team

A proactive, professional approach with excellent client-care and communication skills
