Investment Funds Lawyers

An elite US firm is looking for a talented Investment Funds Lawyer to join its growing London team, with a particular focus on private fund secondaries.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions for leading private equity sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-8 years’PQE
• Strong private fund secondaries experience, including GP-led and LP-led transactions
• Experience from a leading US, Magic Circle or top-tier international firm
• Strong technical and commercial skills, with the ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships.

You will work closely with Partners on complex and innovative secondaries transactions, while playing an important role in developing junior Lawyers and supporting the continued growth of the London Investment Funds practice.
