About the role

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, EIA Hydrologist / EIA Flood Risk Specialist to lead technical delivery of flood risk assessments and drainage design within EIAs and planning applications in the UK. You will manage data collection, modelling, and reporting while coordinating with regulators and clients.

You will guide junior staff, review colleagues' work, and ensure high-quality submissions, drawing on your knowledge of UK planning policy and NPPF.
