We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join our busy Commercial Property Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and growing team, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.
Hybrid working arrangements, including up to two/three days working from home per week, will be considered for the right candidate.
A market-leading salary is on offer, dependent on experience.

The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will: Manage your own varied commercial property caseload Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and assignments Draft and negotiate commercial leases and associated property documentation Handle financing and development agreements Advise businesses, investors, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property transactions Contribute to networking, business development and the continued growth of the department About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Minimum 3 years' PQE within Commercial Property Strong experience handling landlord and tenant matters Experience managing commercial sales and purchases independently Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability The confidence to manage your own client relationships Excellent communication and organisational skills A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a growing team Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems Ambition to continue developing your career within a progressive law firm About Us Burgh Thorpe Solicitors is a modern boutique law firm specialising in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property.
