Mig Welder

We are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder/Fabricator based in Sandy for one of our clients on a full-time Temporary to Permanent basis. Summary of the MIG Welder/Fabricator role Salary: £16-18 per hour Location: Sandy Type of Contract: Temporary ongoing Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm Responsibilities of the MIG Welder/Fabricator * Welding box sections and flat steel * Production of batch and one-off items. * Use of electric hand tools. * Physical lifting is part of the job when positioning steelwork. * Guillotine, bandsaw & press work required to prep materials Requirements for a successful MIG Welder/Fabricator * Previous experience with MIG welding essential. * Experienced and confident in using electric hand tools. * Driving licence and access to own vehicle due to location. * Forklift license preferable but training can be given About Allstaff Recruitment We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
