Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations and TUPE knowledge? Trinity House Group is recruiting an Interim HR Advisor for a well established multi academy trust based in Tamworth, providing HR support to primary schools during a major transfer programme across the West Midlands.

About the role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with education or public sector experience to support a trust through a significant period of change. You will act as the first point of contact for primary school leaders, working alongside senior HR advisers and escalating more complex matters as needed.
