Corporate Tax Manager - Kent - £80,000 + Benefits
The Job:
We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager on behalf of a wellestablished and growing accountancy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, private clients and rural enterprises, providing both compliance and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide commercially focused advice across a range of business structures
- Ensure all compliance, project and regulatory deadlines are met while managing client billing and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support, mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the tax department
- Assist with business development activities and help expand the firm's client base
The Company:

The Candidate:
- ACA, CTA or ATT qualified (or currently studying towards ACA/CTA with relevant corporate tax experience)
- Proven experience managing corporate tax compliance and delivering advisory services within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Capital Allowances, Income Tax and corporate restructures, with wider tax knowledge advantageous
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a varied client portfolio
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills and the ability to identify tax planning opportunities
- Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to business development would be advantageous
