• Prepare, cook and present delicious dishes
• Ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service
• Work efficiently during busy services
• Keep kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating ingredients
• Support with cleaning, stock control and general kitchen organisation
