This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role preparing Partners' self assessment tax returns within a collaborative and long standing Tax & Trust Accounting team.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of personal tax work, including:Preparing Partners' self assessment tax returnsArranging payment of tax liabilities and liaising with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with all relevant personal tax legislationProviding ad hoc advice on personal tax queries throughout the yearSupervising and supporting two Tax ApprenticesContributing to a supportive and collaborative team cultureCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to an experienced tax professional with:Minimum 3 years' experience in a personal tax environmentStrong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience preparing partners' self assessment tax returns(Desirable) Experience with trusts, Inheritance Tax, and CCH tax softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA proactive, organised and motivated approachBenefitsThe firm offers:A supportive, people focused culture with strong wellbeing initiativesHybrid working (typically 3 days office / 2 days home, with flexibility)Opportunities for part time workingA diverse and inclusive environment supported by active colleague networksLong term career development within a stable and collaborative teamThe firm is committed to inclusive recruitment.
