Role Overview We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors, or a strong interest in developing expertise within these markets. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and win new business opportunities within target industries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Candidate Management Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates using multiple channels Conduct interviews, screening, and skills assessments Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Account Management Maintain and grow existing client accounts Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction Provide market insights and hiring advice to clients Recruitment Delivery Manage the full 360 recruitment process from role qualification to placement Write and advertise job specifications Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations Required Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a sales / business development role Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates Highly organised with strong attention to detail Desirable Experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors Knowledge of technical roles, financial markets, or industry-specific terminology Existing client network or market specialisation Personal Attributes Self-motivated and resilient Commercially aware with a consultative approach Professional, credible, and confident Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure Clear career progression opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and high-performing team environment Flexible working options (if applicable) How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in joining Verelogic Recruitment
