Overview
Cosegic's Investment Firms practice is growing. We advise investment managers, private markets firms, brokers and capital markets participants on FCA and SEC regulatory obligations, prudential frameworks and complex compliance challenges. This role is for someone who wants to lead client relationships, shape regulatory strategy and help build a high‑performing practice.
The Opportunity
- Lead client engagements across a portfolio of investment firms
- Provide senior regulatory advice covering FCA and SEC obligations
- Oversee compliance monitoring programmes, audits and remediation activity
- Support authorisations, Variations of Permission, Change in Control and registrations
- Provide strategic insight to senior stakeholders and boards
Additional Responsibilities
- Build, develop and own your client book
- Identify commercial opportunities and support service-line growth
- Contribute to thought leadership and consulting methodology
- Mentor Consultants and support team development
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting investment firms gained in consultancy, professional services, industry or a supervisory environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across FCA regulatory frameworks including MiFID, AIFMD, SMCR and the Investment Firm Prudential Regime.
- Commercial awareness, leadership capability and confidence operating at senior stakeholder level are essential.

Job Details
This is a full-time, permanent role worked Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis (2 days/week at home and 3 days/week in the office).
